Luxury villas in a small complex within the Finca Cortesin Resort in Casares

This is a very special development of just 16 beautiful, modern villas, nestled between greens 9 and 10 of the world famous Finca Cortesin championship golf course, which will host the renowned Solheim Cup in 2023.

For those that are unfamiliar with this resort, Finca Cortesin has won numerous awards worldwide and is referred to as the Best Hotel Resort in Spain & Portugal, is ranked No. 2 as the Best Hotel Resort in Europe and is ranked 11th in the list of ‘Worlds’ Top 100 Hotels’.

The Green 10 villas are built in a contemporary style and are situated on gated plots with spectacular views over the golf course. Each plot covers a maximum of 2,200 m² and the villas have four to six spacious bedrooms, all with connecting bathrooms.

Owners can enjoy the 24-hour concierge service and if desired, Hotel Cortesin can manage the rental and maintenance of your property. It goes without saying that the villas are very popular for holiday rental and can therefore provide a nice recurring income. Today, there are only 2 villas available.

There are 3 different models to choose from and 2 types are still available. Villas A and B, which are very similar in concept, but differ in size as well as in the amount of bedrooms. The images you see here are villas of type B, have 6 bedrooms, are 724 m2 built, are located on a plot between 1,700 m² and 2,183 m2 and start from 4,500,000 €.

The architecture is reminiscent of the earlier project “La Reserva de Cortesin”. However, that look has been renewed with large windows, especially in the living rooms, which seamlessly connect the interior with the terrace and garden areas. Materials include interior and exterior travertine marble floors, of course, high-quality oak interior joinery and gray lacquered aluminum windows.

Like the Finca Cortesin hotel, the driveways of this project are laid out with Portuguese cobblestones, the landscaped gardens offer a mix of Mediterranean species, as well as subtropical plants that adapt well to the climate of the Costa del Sol.
